Fees:  Session length is one hour. The current fee is $106.19 plus HST, payable at each session.  Sessions can usually be booked within a few days of the initial inquiry phone call.

           Payment is required at the end of each session by cash, cheque, visa, mastercard, American Express or email money transfer. A receipt is provided.

           Your fee covers the time of the session as well my preparation time, record keeping, business expenses, professional development, and any applicable taxes.

           My fees may be covered by a third party or an insurance company as I am a regulated health professional in the Province of Ontario. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

 

Cancellation Policy: To avoid late cancellation fees, 24 hours notice must be given.

                                 Less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $50 is still charged. Exceptions to this are emergencies. Please contact the office to determine if a situation constitutes an emergency and so the cancellation fee will not be charged.
