Fees: Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Payment is required at the end of each session by cash or cheque.
Your fee covers not only the time of the session, but also preparation time, record keeping, business expenses and professional development.
My fees are not covered by OHIP or the Ontario Health Insurance Plan. OHIP typically only covers medical professionals such as family doctors and psychiatrists.
Inquire about coverage of extended health care benefits.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid late cancellation fees, 24 hours notice must be given.
Less than 24 hours notice, a fee is still charged. Exceptions to this are emergencies. Please contact the office to determine if a situation constitutes an emergency and so the cancellation fee will not be charged.
